Accounts Monitoring System - Customers of the company can monitor account movement from the internet: payments made, dates, official receipts, and all other significant account information. They would each have their own interface for their account, protected by a Username/Password managed by them or the company (as preferred by the Company), from which they can additionally access updates from the Company and send out high priority feedbacks.
Call Monitoring System - This system will monitor the activities of all the territory (sales) representatives in the field. Each will be assigned an account (username and password) where they could log in, enter call reports, access files and forms, view performance rates, sales and statistics, and correspond with Supervisors on all aspects of team needs.
Manpower System – A database of Agency, Employers and Applicants. This system will allow employers, applicants and the agency to communicate and process documents online. Employers will be provided their own interface, a separate log in system, where data to be made available to them by agency. Data in this interface is completely controlled by the Administrator. As such other info in the admin panel private and confidential to the agency and will only be viewed by the agency; info only for employers/principals will only be viewed by principals; and info for the public for the public. Applicants can apply online.
Inventory System - The system will be designed to monitor the movement of company products, both from those received through delivery and those disposed through daily sales.
